SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION

Shipping withn2-3 business days USPS Priority 3-5 business days. Return of any unused/unopened items. Client responsible for return shipping. Refund of product price only. 

WHAT AGE GROUPS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I works with any age group children 13 and under parents need to be present in the room. Children 14/15 parents need to be in the building (welcome to stay in the room). Ages 16 and up need parents consent. Except for Neuromuscular services all other services are done clothed.  

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable clothing lose fitting flexible like gym outfits, leggings, shorts sports bra. No Jeans or think fabrics. Most services are done fully clothe. Modesty necessary no undergarments will be accepted even boxers. 

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

At the moment no walks-in available only by appointment. Hours available live or zoom time at Easter time zone.

BOOKING CANCELTION

VERY IMPORTANT: Cancel Appointment by calling or texting only (609)553-3728 - 48 hours advance otherwise a 50% charge fee or full membership appointment will be used. If necessary reschedule. As I understand we all get busy or last minute issues can happens a last minute cancelation makes very difficult to be rebooked last minute with someone else, be courteous and cancel/reschedule your appoint in advance.  

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

No issuance accepted at the moment.

LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE

Local pickup available within 24 hours. A text communication available to set up date/time pickup.

MANY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN PEROSN OR LIVE ZOOM

Some classes are only available through Zoom appointment. Other services are available by in person appointment. Memberships are both available live or zoom except Trigger point service that is a in person appointment.

CAN'T MAKE TO A IN PERSON APPOITMENT BUT CAN DO THROUGH ZOOM OR IS ON VACATION

COVID 

We take Covid seriously. Full clean between clients. At the moment no mask are required. I'm fully vaccinated but I have no problem wearing a mask upon request. Clients are not required to wear mask. I reserve the right to change mask regulation at any time and request mask wearing due to increase number. Client will be notified in advance of any change.
