Hello

Our Intention here at Positional Release Integrated is to help people heal and start re-living without chronic pain.  We offer many alternatives to alleviate common musculoskeletal conditions, improve your posture and movement, preventing recurring pain and injuries. We proposed that most negative health effects are due to what he called Sensory Motor Amnesia, from bad posture, lifestyle, physical traumas even emotional trauma.

As result improvements in sensory awareness and motor control can do what conventional approaches like drugs and surgery often cannot: directly and non-invasively address the root cause of many of the most common problems that people typically suffer from by the time they reach middle age. These problems (like aches, pains, restrictions of movement, decreased vitality, etc.) are often wrongly considered to be the result of structural degeneration or else part of a presumably inevitable decline that comes with getting older. This “myth of aging” has been keenly deconstructed. We are not meant deteriorate this way.

My Story

I’m Neuromuscular licensed massage therapist and body work since 2015 who specializes in dealing with chronic pain and recovery. My journey started a decade ago when my body was in so much pain doctors didn’t seem to help me so I looked for alternative ways to heal. I also realized I need a different career to help stop chronic pain to continue to happen that’s when I found massage. I love helping solve the puzzles of pain and how to fix it to help my clients live a better life free of pain.

I received my training at the Cortiva Institute, Wall, NJ where I specialized in Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports massage, Assisted stretching/ MET, Neuromuscular/Trigger Points and PNF to help clients with their pain, relaxation, injuries, and preventative wellness for all ages.

After leaving school I keep continuing leaning new techniques to better assist clients. As Manual lymphatic drainage which helps with immune strength and faster recovery. And Gua Sha/IASTM and Cupping to help with fascia system recovery.

Also I have learned variation of techniques I learned in Massage School as stretch techniques as Assisted stretching, PNF, Aaron Mattes Active Isolated, Dynamic Body, and Fascial Stretch to from varies teachers that can be adapted to each individual need.

Recently I added 2 new techniques. Thai Yoga Massage that help with flexibility and muscle relaxation. And Integrated Positional Release (IPT) - IPT Yoga position/stretches that combines different styles of  Muscle Energy Techniques to achieve gentle effective natural solution to reduce pain in a less painful way by potting the muscle in a specific position to get relaxed.

I use great techniques to relieve pain from a variety of issues like Fibromyalgia, Tennis/Golfer elbow, TMJ, Sciatica syndrome, back pain, joint pain, Carpal tunnel issues and many more. I use a gentle to firm touch depending on the client needs and or tolerance.

I’m very passionate about assisting clients to heal, and continue succeeding and  improving to achieving a better quality of life.

I myself stretch every day and do yoga few times a week. I try to be active walking or riding my bike as much as possible.
